Premier Health Systems Inc. is an IRC 501©(3) non for profit minority owned organization, with a woman at the helm of affairs. This organization was established to meet the ever increasing need in the health and human service sector. We are staffed with experienced professionals and accredited credential in all areas of health care. These professionals have years of experience in skilled nursing, community based support to the elderly, people with Alzheimer, acquired brain injuries, stroke, paralysis, individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health/behavioral issues, dual diagnosis and autism.

Our administrative staff coordinates all these services with your case manager to provide quality care. There is always a staff on-call that individuals can reach at any time when there are changes or need questions answered.

Our History
2012 - The beginning
With years of experience and love for caregiving, the desire to start a premier compassionate care practice was brooding in the heart of our founder. She could clearly see the growing need as well as the opportunity to set the pace and a standard in care giving. With a clear vision in mind, the work to establish Premier Health began in earnest.
2013 - Premier Health is born
Premier Health Systems was officially incorporated in Massachusetts on February, 2013 and our journey in becoming the premier providing of professional compassionate care in New England took off.
2015 - Our first client was onboarded
After over 20months of pro-bono services, and all the regulatory due diligence, Premier Health Systems was awarded our first full service client in Massachusetts.
2023 - 10 Year Anniversary Celebration
Today, with accredited credential in all areas of health care, we are staffed with experienced professionals who are passionately committed to our vision of being a leading social service organization the provides compassionate care services.
